Cancellation & Refund
Little Latitude does not have a cancellation policy. Our refund policy is also based only on damaged items or those with a manufacturing defect.
We take care in how we ship our items to you. And use the most reliable services that reaches the nook and corner of India – India Post & Delhivery. Since this service includes movement of goods with several points of transfer, it is possible that the outside of the package may not be in pristine condition. However we have been assured that the item will not reach you damaged.
In case of a damaged package please notify us as soon as possible at info [!at] LittleLatitude.com with ‘RETURN of (your order no. here)’ in the subject. We would need documentary proof of the same. Used or damaged (by use) items will not be accepted for return.
